Thank you for saving me from solitude! Loneliness, in my opinion, is a big problem of our time. The events of 2020 have alienated us from each other. Isolation, closed borders, and various restrictions have made us less sociable and open. Although Sunny is a robot, I am sure he will become a true friend and helper for thousands or even millions of users

Who is working on Sunny’s launch?
It is a union of unique people worldwide with a common goal. Each of us got own story of how this person has been involved in the Sunny project. As for me, our diversity is the most significant advantage. There is not just a technical team but also a creative department. Also, it’s planned to have an operator team providing customer service.
I would say that a startup is not just a project, it’s a family and Sunny is our child.
What is your definition of a startup?
I do really love been part of the process which potentially boost our life and make life more comfortable.
How do you feel your participation in this project?
I am working with  Instagram and TikTok. As a blogger, I am adopting content to social media users.
What are your strengths as a startup?
I have a master’s degree in journalism, and I love everything related to design and decoration. Thus, Sunny is a perfect project where I can develop my professional qualification and use my other strength, which is my powerful communication skill. If you need a particular person, be sure that he/she is among my acquaintances!
What made you so advanced in this superpower?
The design has always interested me. As a student, I had my own clothing brand in Siberia. My friend and I opened a small shop and production of knitted items on our own. In those days, we did not have significant funds to attract designers, photographers, and stylists, so I learned those skills by myself.
Journalism is my professional field. I interviewed politics and celebrities at major events such as St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, Russian Creative Week and so on.
And finally, communication is a skill I was born with. I am an extrovert and constantly meet and interact with new people.
Success is not in what you have, but who you are.
We do not remember days, we remember moments.
And what will you get for yourself in this project?
I gain working experience with a new team and expend my social network. How also would I meet such people in real life? Sunny is a reason which has bonded us.
Is Sunny a commercial project or altruistic?
First of all, Sunny is an altruistic startup. The goal of the project is to make life better, help people solve daily problems, and also make people happy. There is a commercial component in every project; without it, it could not exist. And Sunny is not an exception. CEO Andrey Mishurenkov said: “If you do something good for people, then the money will come. Our goal is to do it well.” I fully agree with this thesis. Qualified projects that respond to people’s demands will always be commercially successful.
What will you do in the event that people don’t take too well to Sunny or fear him?
This question is more about a technical part, but I think we will change something depending on the people’s needs. Honestly, I believe that people will understand. Our task is to tell the world about Sunny in as much detail as possible and explain to people its value and benefits. If we can do this, then users will definitely not remain indifferent to Sunny and will want to buy our product.
Which of Sunny’s functions is your favorite one?
It’s hard to distinguish only one function out of many. However, if you don’t leave me a choice, I would say that it’s telepresence.
When you get Sunny in your hands, what will you use it for exactly?
I will use it to communicate with my family. I live in Moscow, while my relatives are in Siberia. Russia is a vast country with great distances. For example, Siberia is located 4500 km from Moscow. It is not always possible to be close to relatives. After the first production release, I will call my little brother through Sunny. The telepresence feature will help us to reduce the distance between people and be closer to our family and friends.
When people thank you for Sunny, what words of gratitude would you like to hear from them?
Thank you for saving me from solitude! Loneliness, in my opinion, is a big problem of our time. The events of 2020 have alienated us from each other. Isolation , closed borders, and various restrictions have made us less sociable and open. Although Sunny is a robot, I am sure he will become a true friend and helper for thousands or even millions of users.
Everything you can imagine is real.
Teachers open the door, but you must enter by yourself.
Success is 99% failure.
