TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By placing an order or making a purchase at an https://sunny.solutions/, you agree to the terms and conditions below  (the “Terms”), along with Sunny Solutions Privacy Policy. The Terms will govern orders placed on this site and will constitute an agreement between Sunny Solutions (Aiwess Corp), as the seller and you as the purchaser of products sold on this site (the “Products”).

Order Acceptance/Confirmation Policy

By placing an order on https://sunny.solutions/, you acknowledge and agree that you are initiating a transaction on an item that is not immediately available for shipment. The estimated shipping time for ordered products is approximately 8 months from the date of order placement. However, this timeline may be subject to changes due to unforeseen production adjustments. If there is any delay beyond the initial estimate, you will be notified by the seller with the updated shipment schedule.

Sunny Solutions (Aiwess Corp) may refuse or cancel any order or limit order quantity. Sunny Solutions (Aiwess Corp) may also require additional qualifying information prior to processing any order. Once we receive your online, we’ll provide you with an email order confirmation. Our order confirmation to you does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. At any time after receipt of your order, we may accept, decline, or place quantity or other limits on your order for any reason. We may impose these limits on a per-person, per-household, per-order, or any other basis. If we reject, limit, or otherwise modify your order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address you provide to us. If we cancel all or part of an order that we’ve already charged you for, we’ll refund you the full amount of the canceled portion of the order.

If the seller cannot fulfill the order, for reasons such as, but not limited to, production issues or discontinuation of the product, a full refund will be issued to all customers who have placed the orders. Notification of such cancellations will be communicated promptly.

Product Availability and Limitations

Sunny Solutions (Aiwess Corp) may have to limit the number available for purchase  to a maximum dollar value or maximum quantity per Product and reserves the right to change the number at any time, even after you place an order. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, Sunny Solutions (Aiwess Corp) will cancel the order and refund your purchase price.

Product Modification Discretion

Please note that during the production phase, Sunny Solutions (Aiwess Corp) retains the right to make changes to the design and functionality of the items, without altering the core concept of the product. Changes may include, but are not limited to, adjustments in colors, materials used, and electronic components. These modifications are often necessary to improve product quality, performance, or to comply with safety regulations.

Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections

Sunny Solutions (Aiwess corp) reserves the right to change prices for products at the https://sunny.solutions/ at any time, and to correct inadvertent pricing errors. Prices do not include shipping and handling, or sales taxes, if applicable, which will be added to your total price.  If the price of a Product is incorrect, then we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund you the amount that you paid.

In the event that the base price of the product changes due to market fluctuations or production cost adjustments after you have placed your order, the manufacturer reserves the right to either:

  • Request an additional payment to cover the difference,
  • Issue a partial refund if the base price has decreased.

You will be notified of these changes and given the option to either continue with the adjusted price or cancel your order with a full refund.

Prices shown are in U.S. dollars. If you pay for your order with an international card, the price may fluctuate with exchange rates and/or your card issuer may charge foreign conversion charges and fees.

Cancellation Policy

You reserve the right to cancel your order at any point prior to the shipment notification. If you choose to cancel your order after it has been placed but before the product has been shipped, you may do so without penalty. Please contact our customer service team to facilitate the cancellation, and a full refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Standard Return Policy

We hope you are satisfied with the products purchased from Sunny Solutions (Aiwess Corp). If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item within 30 days of receipt, provided that you present a valid receipt. The item must be in its original condition, including all accompanying parts and accessories. Upon return, we will either exchange the item or offer a refund, depending on the original method of payment.

Exceptions to Return Policy

  • If you wish to return a Product that came with a free promotional item, all items must be returned together to get a full refund. If you wish to keep the promotional item you will be refunded the cost of the Product minus the full value of the promotional item.
  • Shipping and handling fees from your original order will not be refunded, unless the return is due to Sunny Solutions error (defective item/damaged).

Shipping & Delivery

Sunny Solutions (Aiwess Corp) is not responsible for any errors, omissions or misdirected or lost orders, or orders which may be delayed. Since delivery of your order can be impacted by events beyond Sunny Solutions (Aiwess Corp) control once it leaves our facilities, Sunny Solutions (Aiwess Corp)  cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery. Any delivery dates we provide you either on the site or in any communications (e-mails, order confirmations, etc.) are estimates only. 

As Sunny Solutions (Aiwess Corp)  takes care of the dispatch of the products you purchase on the Sunny Solutions (Aiwess Corp), the risk of loss of, or damage to, products shall pass to you when you, or a person designated by you, acquires physical possession of the products. Title in the products shall pass to you when the products are picked up by the carrier from our warehouse. At this point, you will receive the Shipment Notification Email. Title to any digital Products will pass to you when we provide you with a link, license key, or activation code. If there are any issues with delivery, please contact Sunny Solutions (Aiwess Corp)  to resolve.

International Orders

Sunny Solutions (Aiwess Corp) sell and ships throughout the U.S. and Canada. 

International shipments are subject to import fees, duties, and taxes (which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country) in addition to the brokerage fees/custom clearance charges that may be imposed by the carrier. These charges must be borne by the recipient. Sunny Solutions (Aiwess Corp)  has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.

If an international shipment is refused and/or returned, any taxes, duties, custom fees, brokerage fees, or shipping charges incurred from this return will be the responsibility of the customer.

Your order total will be calculated in USD. Please note that your method of payment may be charged in your local currency at an exchange rate selected by the issuing bank, and may also include foreign transaction fees. These are not determined by Sunny Solutions (Aiwess Corp), and are not included in your order total at checkout.

Please note that we are unable to process your order if we cannot obtain an authorization from your credit card company. You may wish to contact the issuing bank of your credit card regarding this matter, and then inform us of any additional information.

If you wish to return merchandise, you may be eligible to receive a refund of duty and taxes from your local customs office. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office, tax agency or postal carrier.

Third-party services and supplementary offerings

You may have agreed to terms and conditions with a third party for services such as content, cloud storage, wireless services (“Third Party Software or Services”).  Returning your Product will not automatically cancel any third party service.  You may be required to register or enroll with the provider in a manner solely determined by the provider. Your use of the Third Party Services is subject to terms and conditions (including privacy policies) determined solely by the provider.

Third-party software or services are provided “as is”, “where is” and “as available” and without warranties of any kind. Sunny Solutions (Aiwess Corp) make no representations or warranties or guarantees of any kind or nature, whether express or implied, regarding the third-party software or services, and to the extent prohibited by law, specifically disclaims all such warranties, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement. Without limiting the previous disclaimer, Sunny Solutions (Aiwess Corp) do not represent, warrant or guarantee that the third-party software or services will: (i) be compatible with your hardware or software, (ii) operate in an uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free manner, (iii) always be available or free from all harmful components or errors, including but not limited to viruses, interferences, corruption or other security intrusions, or (iv) be secure or immune (including the content delivered to you or the information you provided) from hacking or other unauthorized access.

To the extent prohibited by law, in no event shall Sunny Solutions (Aiwess Corp) be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive damages or lost profits, even if Sunny Solutions (Aiwess Corp) has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation will apply regardless of the theory of liability, whether fraud, misrepresentation, breach of contract, negligence, personal injury, product liability, infringement or any other theory, regardless of whether or not Sunny Solutions (Aiwess Corp) has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation and waiver also applies to any claim you may bring against any other party to the extent that Sunny Solutions (Aiwess Corp) would be required to indemnify such party for any claim. In no event shall Sunny Solutions (Aiwess Corp) aggregate liability to you under this agreement exceed the purchase price of the applicable content. Sunny Solutions (Aiwess Corp) has no liability for any of your data that is lost or corrupted through use of the third-party software or services; you are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.

Returning any hardware Product will not automatically cancel any Third Party Software or Services, including wireless service.  You should refer to the terms and conditions that govern any Third Party Software or Service.

Third Party Software or Service may be delivered to you by Sunny Solutions (Aiwes Corp) in the form of a download link, license key, activation code, email, via upload directly onto your purchased Product, or other electronic delivery method.

Subscription; Recurring Payments

In some cases, you may be purchasing Third Party Software or Services directly from Sunny Solutions (Aiwess Corp) on a subscription basis.  These subscriptions may be annual or month-to-month.  If any Third Party Software or Service was purchased from Sunny Solutions (Aiwess Corp) on a subscription basis, Sunny Solutions (Aiwess Corp) will automatically renew your purchased license or subscription and charge you for successive renewal terms (plus taxes and fees, less any applicable discounts), in accordance with the terms of the subscription for such Third Party Software or Service, using the payment information you provided for your initial purchase, until you cancel.  You will be charged on the day of the month on which you initiated your subscription, or as otherwise provided in the terms of the subscription for such Third Party Software or Service.  For example, if you initiated your subscription on the 6th of the month, you will be charged on the 6th of each subsequent month.  We may change the price of the subscription as of the next billing period if we provide you with prior notice of the change by email.

Governing Law

The formation, existence, construction, performance, validity and all aspects whatsoever of these Terms will be governed by the law of the State of California, without reference to its choice of laws principles. These Terms will not be governed by the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, the application of which is expressly excluded. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may apply for injunctive remedies (or an equivalent type of urgent legal relief) in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable (in whole or in part), then that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.

No Waiver

If we do not exercise or enforce any legal right or remedy which is set out in these Terms or which we have the benefit of under any applicable law, this will not be construed as a formal waiver of our rights or remedies and such rights or remedies will remain available to us.

Procedure for Amending this Agreement
  1. We reserve the right to amend the terms of this Agreement and undertake to notify you of such changes via email no later than 14 calendar days prior to the effective date of the new terms.
  2. By receiving the corresponding notification, you confirm your acceptance of the amended terms of this Agreement.
  3. If you do not agree with the new terms, please contact our support service to discuss refund arrangements before the new provisions come into effect.
